  • Payment Information: M-Pesa transaction details and billing information for subscription payments.

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process your transactions and send related information
  • Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
  • Generate KRA eTIMS-compliant tax invoices on your behalf

We take the security of your data seriously. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We maintain daily backups and use secure cloud infrastructure. Each tenant's data is logically isolated from other tenants.

  • KRA: Tax invoice data submitted to eTIMS as required by Kenyan law
  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting, payment processors, and email services that help us operate
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 90 days. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems. You may request data export at any time.
